Theatre Bay Area offers three monthly postcard distribution networks - one in San Francisco, one in the East Bay, and one in the South Bay. These networks are a great and cheap way to get your postcards out to as many as 55 established central kiosks throughout the Bay Area, and from there into the hands of eager theatregoers all over.
Effective May 1, 2008, each network has a monthly distribution fee of $30 for members, $50 for non-members, which must be paid in advance.
NEW - The 2-region offer!
Companies can choose to distribute to San Francisco and a second region for a combined discount rate of $50, a savings of $10. To take part, companies must provide postcard batches for both routes at the Theatre Bay Area office in San Francisco on the first Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday of the month. At this time, only companies taking part in two routes may drop off postcards for areas other than San Francisco at the Theatre Bay Area offices. This offer is only available to members.

The Distribution Routes
San Francisco distribution: Companies may drop off 23 bundles of 25 postcards each for San Francisco distribution on the first Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of each month at the Theatre Bay Area offices, 870 Market Street, Suite 375 in San Francisco. Postcards are distributed in San Francisco starting the first Thursday of each month. The fee is $30 for members, $50 for non-members. Postcards are distributed to the following locations:

East Bay distribution: Companies may drop off 17 bundles of 25 postcards each for East Bay distribution on the second Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of each month at Berkeley Repertory Theatre, 2025 Addison Street in Berkeley. If taking advantage of our 2-region offer, postcards must instead be dropped at the Theatre Bay Area offices when you drop your San Francisco bundles in the first week of the month. Either way, postcards are distributed in the East Bay starting the second Thursday of each month. The fee is $30 for members ($50 for the 2-region offer), $50 for non-members. South Bay distribution: Companies may drop off 15 bundles of 25 postcards each for South Bay distribution on the third Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday of each month at the TheatreWorks Office, 1100 Hamilton Court in Menlo Park. If taking advantage of our 2-region offer, postcards must instead be dropped at the Theatre Bay Area offices when you drop your San Francisco bundles in the first week of the month. Either way, postcards are distributed in the South Bay starting the third Thursday of each month. The fee is $30 for members ($50 for the 2-region offer), $50 for non-members. Postcards are distributed to the following locations:
