New leaders 2008 - Accomodation options

Our goal is to make this conference as affordable as possible, and we're happy to say that we will be offering both home-stay and hotel options for our out-of-town attendees.

Home-Stay

Since one of the primary goals of this conference is to create and deepen connections between the members of the next generation of arts leaders, Theatre Bay Area will be facilitating a home-stay matching program that will pair a local arts leader and attendee with an out-of-town guest for the conference.

If you are a local new leader hoping to attend the conference and are able to host a guest, please make sure to note that on your registration form.

If you are a non-local new leader who would like to take advantage of the home-stay option, please make sure you note that on your registration form as well.

Hotel accomodations

Theatre Bay Area has secured a special conference rate of $99 per night from the Hotel Metropolis in downtown San Francisco. Hotel Metropolis is part of the Personality Hotels group, one of the top boutique hoteliers in the country. All rooms are vividly designed, non-smoking, and have complimentary high-speed wireless internet. The Hotel Metropolis is also the home of Farmer Brown Restaurant.

To reserve your room, please click here. You must follow this link to secure the special group rate. You may also call the Personality Hotels Reservations Line at 800-553-1900 and reference the Theatre Bay Area Group.
